How do it control my emotions with food?Stop Gorging Food?

There are times where if i have some thing less than usual my mind gets the urge that my body is not filled yet and it yearns for more food,i am trying to reduce weight and i have a hard time in controlling what i eat,i seem to gorge on food most of the time. How do it control my emotions with food?Stop Gorging Food?
try to realise that you're not meant to feel full when you've eaten something. also, you're only meant to eat when you actually feel hungry, although thirst is often mistaken for hunger. if you get the urge to eat something more, make yourself wait for 15 mins then decide if you're hungry or it was just a moment of craving.


make a large quantity of vegetable soup and don't add any fats to it (freeze it in portions).. then if you're wanting to fill up between meals, it'll be a healthy option. also maybe look for low g.i. foods as they're meant to curb cravings and stop you feeling hungry... it's easy to find internet pages explaining which foods.How do it control my emotions with food?Stop Gorging Food?
this is though i agree........ dont supress your craving rather fill yourself up with low calorie food like carrots apples etc. stuff your self with vege/chicken soup.
Try using vinaigrette as a dressing on your salads. It helps to curb your cravings.
Get a hobby to take up your time and try and train yourself to eat only when hungry. Have a glass of water instead of snacking or a piece of fruit.
