Diet. You need excellent nutrition. Dandruff and hair loss can be caused by a lack of B complex vitamins which you get in pork, liver, beans, yogurt, whole grains.

You must be under a lot of stress, or eating a lot of sugars as both will depleat your B's.

Stop all the diet soda, fake sweetner stuff as well as candy etc. It will take some time to correct all the years of dammage, but you can turn it around. Good luck!I have hair falling problem for the last few months, how can i control it?is there any homemade method ?
It may not be dandruff, it may be dry skin, they look virtually the same on the scalp, they are often mixed up, try using a moisturizing shampoo, rather than a dandruff one, and see if this helps. As for hair falling out, it is normal and healthy to lose between 150-200 hairs a day. However if it is falling out in clumps, it might not hurt to see a doctor.
had and solder shampoo they say is very good for dandruff, but for hair loss you can try some multivitamins and reduce stress and don't use any hair color for some time

it could help

success
go to a doctor n ask it doesnt hurt
exist many antidandruf shampos you could use head and sholders, is very good.

cosmetic experts recomend shampoos with Minoxidil, for the hair falling

A homemade recepie is a mixture of papaya and honey, the papain is a natural element of papaya, this is a proteasa that helps in the regulation of fat in the hair and the honey is full of sugar this concentration of sugar help to destroy the bacteria that produce dandruf ond regenarate the skin hair. wait al least 15 min with this mix in your hair once a week. i never try this but my cosmetic teacher said is very good
