Will it control my appetite and weight?

I've been reading about the Hoodia body patch. It stated that it'll help weight loss through the skin. I've sent for a trial to try it. Who's drank the liquid or tried the patch?Will it control my appetite and weight?
I wouldn't touch any supplement that isn't FDA approved! Look at what happened with ephedrine! The best way to control appetite is to eat nutrient dense foods that fill you up quickly and stabilize the blood sugar. No white flour or sugar!Will it control my appetite and weight?
I wouldn't recommend the hoodia patch because they aren't effective at all. In fact, if I can be totally honest, they are a scam. The sellers of hoodia patches claim they are more effective than traditional pills but there is absolutely no proof to back up those claims. In addition, there isn't one single study or clinical trial that proves they actually work - that hoodia can even be absorbed through the skin.





The other problem with hoodia patches is that there probably isn't a single product that contains authentic hoodia gordonii - and those that do contain so little of it that it wouldn't do anything for appetite suppression.





The other problem with hoodia patches is that most are given away as part of a ';free trial'; or ';discounted trial.'; If you read the fine print, you are most likely signing up for an autoship program where you'll be sent a supply of patches every month - and your credit card will be charged accordingly. And at times it can be difficult to cancel from those autoship programs.

no no no!!!! doesnt work!!! u will waste of money. I tried 4 diff. brands both online and in health food stores. I diet and exercise and I have lost 12 lbs!
Everything diet is about the billion dollar profit that they make off the backs of us who will try anything to return to a healthier look. This year its hoodia, last year it was FENFEN, next year it will be something else. There is nothing that beats out lost of water, moderate eating and plenty of exercise. I lost 40 lbs by walking, doing water aerobics, eating better than I ever had by eating more fruits and vegetables, small five meals instead of three meals a day - and I would move it to lose it cut out breads, icecream, soda, and candy and it is working for me and I know that you can find something that will work for you but you can't buy into all of these temporary fixes.

SIMPLY GET ON THE TREAD MILL OR BYCLYCLE AT A STEADY PRETTY HARD RESISTENCE JUST SO YOUR CONSTITLY SWEATING WILL GET U INSHAPE SO QUICK YOU WONT BELIVE IT....IF YOU DO WEIGHTS AFTER YOUR CARDIO IT WILL EXPEDISE THE PROCESS AND YOULL SEE RESULTS EVEN QUICKER AND YOU WONT GET THOSE NASTY CRAVINGS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY AND IN THE NIGHT....IF SO JUST EAT SOME FRUIT!~
