How easy is it to control diet if you are in early stage of diabetes?

In transition and trying to keep from going in medication. What is the best medicine. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. How easy is it to control diet if you are in early stage of diabetes?
The best medicine is avoiding the disease in the first place. Once you have it, diet and exercise. If that isn't working, I suppose Metformin/Glucophage is about the best. Controlling it is as easy as deciding to take on a completely new lifestyle. After five years of medication, I reversed mine. I quit the medication last December. I simply eat right, exercise, and keep my weight down. Here's my formula: http://www.geocities.com/seabulls69/Type鈥?/a>How easy is it to control diet if you are in early stage of diabetes?
I won't say it's easy, but if you are determined to stay healthy you can do it..It will require a lifestyle change.. you must check your blood Sugar regularly and eat regularly to avoid a drop or hike in your sugar levels.. it's certainly something you can do,...good luck
You must make your regimen a lifestyle change. It must become second nature to you to eat the right diet and exercise. With practice, it becomes easy. However, it may take years to get used to it.
Lose the sugar %26amp; eat right.
