What is your Blood Pressure, n wat u can do to control it ??

Wat according to u is the best way to control your Blood Pressure ??What is your Blood Pressure, n wat u can do to control it ??
Along with diet, family history is a big contributor to high b/p. If there is a history of high b/p and cholesterol, then pretty much no matter what you do, you'll get it. I do. I take my meds for both and am fine now. What is your Blood Pressure, n wat u can do to control it ??
Your blood pressure is the pressure the heart uses to pump blood through the heart valves to %26amp; from the arteries %26amp; veins of the body.

Systolic (top number is the contraction of the heart; the diastolic (bottom number) is the relaxation of the heart between the contractions.

The best way to control it is exercise; avoid salt since some people have salt sensitive high blood pressure.. 2nd is diet: typically made up of 40% lean protein; a mixture of veggies %26amp; fruits (especially the red, blue %26amp; purple fruits...very high in antioxidants...keep arteries clear of plaque), and complex carbohydrates. Your body also needs healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil, canola oil.

Supplements that are great for heart health %26amp; good blood pressure ( %26amp; brain) are Co Enzyme Q10 100mg 2X/day. Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000 mg. 3X/day (good for heart pressure, brain--brain is 60-70% fat--weight loss; reduces risk of sudden cardiac death;support for those with angina %26amp; arrthythmias);Vit B6 100mg; Vit Bi2 100mcg.

To control cholesterol: plant sterols; policosonals; red yeast rice.

Good luck.
Blood Pressure is the force of your blood pumping against the walls of the arteries and/or veins in your body...there are two parts to a blood pressure...

First there is the systolic blood pressure...this is the number that is on the top...and it is the first heart beat heard through the stethescope when listening for someone's blood pressure...

The second number is the diastolic...or the bottom number...this is the last heart beat heard through the stethescope when listening for the blood pressure...

The way to control blood pressure is simple for most people....it's diet...staying away from salt can keep your blood pressure normal...

Another way to control blood pressure is to exercise...this also helps to stabilize it.

The last way to control blood pressure is by medication...and there are all kinds of medicines used for this purpose...

I hope this helps...
If you eat healthy every day and do excerise for 30 minutes a day then you should have a normal blood pressure.
